Included on every project, not billed separately:
Pricing can still depend on shoot length, locations, talent, equipment and post scope for anything outside standard scope, in which case a custom estimate applies. Normal turnaround is approximately 5–7 days after filming. One revision is included unless a specific agreement states otherwise. Videos are delivered digitally as MP4 files and photos as professionally edited image files, normally through Google Drive. Project files and footage are generally retained for about one month after delivery; long-term storage is not guaranteed.
Deposits generally run 25%–50% of project cost and become non-refundable within 3 days of the scheduled shoot. Final payment is due per the project invoice. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, card, ACH, cash, PayPal, and Apple Pay. There is no minimum project spend. Additional charges may apply for client late arrival, added production time, extra locations, additional crew or equipment, paid talent, rush turnaround, significant travel, extra edits or revisions, and post-production beyond the agreed scope.
Weekly option. Make It Happen is the only package that can be paid weekly. $425 a week for four weeks covers the $1,700 media half, and $250 a week for four weeks covers the $1,000 website half.
